A drop is a batch you make for one day. You open reservations, your customers reserve ahead, you make what’s reserved and they pick it up. Here is a week of one.

The idea

What’s a drop?

A batch you make for one day, reserved ahead. You choose what’s in it, how many of each, and when customers reserve and pick up. They reserve on your storefront, and you make exactly that, nothing more.

A week of one drop, at a bakery

    Plan the drop

    Name it, choose the pickup day and time, when reservations open and close, and the bakes with their prices and how many of each.

    • Save it as a draft until it’s ready

    Announce it

    Share your link on Instagram, WhatsApp or Facebook, with the people who buy from you. The QR code on your counter does the rest.

  3. Tuesday to Friday · step 3

    Reservations come in

    Customers reserve without an account, and your stock counts down. Each reservation lands in Orders, where you confirm it with a tap.

    • Low stock shows “Only 3 left”, and “Sold out” when it’s gone
    • Confirm or cancel, and your customer gets the email
    • Add a phone order yourself with New order

  4. Saturday 6:00 AM · step 4

    Bake what’s reserved

    The production list adds up every reservation by bake, sliced or whole, with the notes customers left. Print it with the pickup list.

    • Count confirmed orders only, or pending ones too
    • A PDF for the bench: production first, then pickups

    Hand it over

    Customers come to your pickup point, show the pickup code from their email and pay you directly. Scan it with your phone, and one tap marks the order picked up. TwistDrops can then ask them for a review a day or two later.

    • No fee on orders paid at pickup: cash, card or transfer, as you choose
    • One scan finds the order and warns you if it’s already picked up
    • Reviews show on your storefront, with your replies

What your customers do

Nothing to download and no password to remember. Reserving takes about a minute.

  1. 1. Scan or tap your link

    From the QR code on your counter, your Instagram bio or a WhatsApp message.

  2. 2. Pick and reserve

    Choose the products, then give a name, an email and a phone number. No account.

  3. 3. Get the confirmation

    The pickup time and place, a pickup code to show you, and a link to their reservations.

  4. 4. Collect and pay you

    They show their pickup code at your pickup point and pay you in cash, by card or by transfer.

Getting started

Open your shop in four steps

Create your account, then answer four questions. Your storefront is live when you finish.

  1. What do you sell?Bakery, produce, meals, pantry, dairy, meat or drinks.
  2. Name your shopYour link is made from the name, and you can change it.
  3. Where is your shop?It sets your currency and the clock your drops run on.
  4. Where do customers pick up?The address customers get in their confirmation.
