Carafes of green, orange and red juice among fresh fruit

Green, citrus or mixed: a crate for each

A mixed crate and an all-green one are two products, each with its own price, and the pressing list counts every bottle. Add the deposit on the bottles: customers see it apart from the price and pay it at pickup. The price per litre shows by itself.

What drinks makers ask

A drop is a batch you make for one day, reserved ahead: this Saturday’s bake, this week’s veg box. You choose the products, how many of each, and when customers can reserve and pick up. They reserve on your storefront, and you make exactly what’s been reserved.
