When a customer pays online, the order arrives already paid and confirmed. Open Orders, and find Aoife’s.

Tap it. The order says it was paid online.

If Aoife can’t come, tap Cancel order. Below the choice, it says exactly what happens: she gets the money back through Stripe, to the card she paid with.

Tap Cancel order to confirm. TwistDrops makes the refund first, and cancels the order only when the money is on its way back.

The order is cancelled, the items go back on sale, and the refund is made. You never had to open Stripe.
